I love my moca machine!
Only with these I can have a great coffee!
The color and the cut around was made involuntarily, but it’s perfect to describe the age of this machine!
A good moca’s coffee is possible to do only with a old moca machine, but there’re other rules to respect to have a good coffee (naturally beyond the coffee mixture):
1) the machine size is better small (for 2-3 persons);
2) the quantity of coffee mixture inside should be not more of 5 standard teaspoons;
3) the fire does not have to exceed the amplitude of the bottom;
4) drink a glass of water before (not after).

Il colore (della moca) mi sono venuti involontariamente, ma sono perfetti per descrivere l’eta’ di questa macchinetta.
Un buon caffe’ moca è possibile solo con una vecchia macchinetta, ma ci sono altre regole che e’ necessario rispettare per avere un buon caffe’ (naturalmente a parte una buona miscela):
1) la macchinetta e’ meglio se piccola (per 2-3 persone);
2) la quantita’ di miscella di caffe’ all’interno, deve essere non piu’ di 5 cucchiani da te’ ;
3) il fuoco, non deve eccedere l’ampiezza del fondo;
4) e’ meglio bere un bicchier d’acqua prima (mai dopo).
